Meet PHGN Founders, Pastors Ron & Carla Ives!
Pastor Ron & Carla were married in 1981 and have followed Jesus in ministry for the past 45 years. Together they have led street ministries & evangelistic crusades, prayer gatherings, birthed and taught discipleship schools, and pioneered a church which they pastored for nearly 40 years. They also launched a non-profit mission organization to train and equip churches and Christian leaders to disciple the next generation, formerly known as Heart Cry International. Their greatest legacy is the beautiful family they raised and shared this faith and desire to follow Jesus with. In July 2025, Ron and Carla retired from pastoring their church, Potter's House Family Worship Center in Mount Pleasant, Michigan to do the mission work full-time, now known as Potter's House Global Network. Their passion is to network with others to strengthen and equip the global church to advance God's kingdom together.
