Cristian is 6 years old and lives with his parents and 2 little brothers in a hut made of mud. They cook on an open fire. He attends school and walks 15 minutes to get to the feeding center. His father works in the fields trying to raise beans and corn for his family to eat.
Hansel
Hansel is 8 years old and lives with his mother, father, 3 brothers and one sister in a hut made of mud. They cook on an open fire. He walks 30 minutes to get to the feeding center. His father works every day in the fields but is completely dependent on the rain to make his crops produce.

José is 2 years and 9 months old. He lives with his mother and grandmother in a hut made of mud. They cook on an open fire. His father abandoned them. They are Christians.

Her father left a while back. Her mother works in the fields planting beans and corn and does the work of a man to help put food on the table. The hut belongs to the uncle, so they all live together in one tiny room. They are Christians.
